Annual Woodmoor Membership Dues
The fiscal year is from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026

​In July of 2025, the WPCA agreed to increase the annual dues from $22 to $35. This is the first increase in dues since 2017 and reflects the desire of the community to continue the many events and services we all enjoy at their current levels. ​​Your annual contribution of $35 supports:

• your subscription to Woodmoor Connects!,
• pride parade,
• the annual Woodmoor Oktoberfest,
• the 4th of July parade,
• the annual holiday program, 
• association liability insurance,
• ongoing neighborhood beautification projects,
• advocacy on issues and projects that impact Woodmoor, 
• administrative costs such as facility rentals,
• monthly meetings and the News & Views newsletter,
• and your right to vote at WPCA meetings.

 THREE WAYS TO PAY

​1. RECURRING ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES
Set up a recurring WPCA dues payment. You can select $35, the current dues amount, or $50, which includes a (most-welcome!) donation. You'll be automatically billed annually and you may cancel at any time.

​2. ONE TIME DUES PAYMENT 
Make a one time payment for the WPCA annual dues. You can either make a single payment of $35, or provide an extra (most-welcome!) donation for a total of $50.

​3. PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP DUES BY CHECK OR CASH.

• $35 payment - an optional donation would be most welcome!
• Mail or drop off at 306 Whitestone Road, Silver Spring, MD 20901.
• Make your check payable to “Woodmoor-Pinecrest Citizens’ Assn.” 
• Since we track by house, not by person, you must include your street address.
• Please include a phone number or email address in case we need to contact you.
